  1. Hi! I forgot to mention what I considered about the 29th
    of May which was 315lbs. This morning the scale said 310.5 I didn’t exercise or watch what I was eating but I did see I was not too hungry between meals. I shall include some exercise to aid me with my journey.

      I am so stoked to hear about the weight loss. That is a huge accomplishment. I know you can lose all the desired weight. A little determination and discipline will carry you for miles down the road toward good health.
